"After 22 years with USAA, I honestly never thought I would switch insurance companies. Every year my rates continued to increase, and I had almost accepted that as normal. Then Addie from State Farm reached out to me.
What impressed me most was her persistence and professionalism. Most people making cold calls would have stopped after a few unanswered calls, but Addie genuinely believed she could help save me money and continued trying to reach me. I’m grateful she did.
Not only was she able to keep all of my same coverages, but she saved me over $4,000 a year on my auto insurance. Yes, thousands, not just a few hundred dollars.
